Ingredients
1 package cream cheese (125 g )
1 teaspoon powdered instant coffee
1 cup icing sugar
1/4 cup dark rum
3 squares of unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 – 1/2 cups ground graham crackers
Directions
Blend cream cheese, icing sugar, powdered coffee and rum and mix well.
Add melted chocolate and ground graham wafers.
Roll into balls approximately 1 inch then roll in chocolate sprinkles. (coconut, icing sugar or ground almonds …. your choice)
Keep in the refrigerator.
